One Day Course
Stuck for time? Why not meet Sinéad at one of the local markets (Mondays and Fridays) A weekly event in rural French villages, le marché is great way to sample French lifestyle at its best. You’ll find rows of stalls with a wide variety of delicious, seasonal produce on offer – meat, fish, vegetables, cheeses, breads and more. Once there, Sinéad will chat to you about the day’s three course menu – starter, main and dessert.
You’ll then be guided around the stalls where choosing the best produce is all-important for the fun, informative, hands-on cookery class that follows in La Blonderie (Wilde Kitchen). An after-class, leisurely lunch, à la française, follows, washed down with matching wines/local, organic cider. The one day course usually wraps up around 3.30 p.m
*** Not possible to do the market visit? No worries – come directly to La Blonderie for a class and after-class lunch.
